2. Indoor temperature regulation is recommended to be no less than 26 ℃. If it can meet the needs of indoor temperature regulation, it is suggested that the doors and windows should not be completely closed when the air conditioner is running.
3. When the air conditioning system is used in densely populated places, the indoor air flow shall be strengthened, and the ventilation devices such as windows, doors or fans can be opened first, or the air conditioning shall be ventilated for about 20-30 minutes every 2-3 hours of operation.
4. For shopping malls, office buildings, underground garages and other places with large flow of people, ventilation should be strengthened; and after the end of business every day, the fresh air and exhaust system of air conditioning system should continue to operate for a period of time.
5. Strengthen the sanitation management of air treatment unit, fan coil unit and other condensate water, cooling tower cooling water.
6. Regularly clean, disinfect or replace the filter, air outlet, air handling unit, surface cooler, heater (humidifier), condensate pan and other equipment and components of the operating air conditioning system.
7. The U-shaped pipes of the water pipe, the water seal of the air treatment device, the floor drain of the toilet and the condensate drain of the air conditioning unit shall be inspected regularly, and the water shall be replenished in time in case of water shortage.

5. Keep a certain distance between fresh air intake and exhaust port to avoid short circuit.
6. Ensure the normal operation of exhaust system.
7. For deep rooms, measures shall be taken to ensure the ventilation of the internal area; if the fresh air volume is insufficient (less than 30m3 / h. national standard requirements), the personnel density shall be reduced.
