Disney's upcoming live-action movie Mulan will be available on Disney's official Disney+ streaming service in September. In addition, Disney+ apps, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, can all be purchased for $29.99. It is reported that Disney listed this film as "Premier Access", and subscribers who paid a basic monthly fee of $6.99 still need to pay for it. Starting from September 4th, Disney+ subscribers can purchase Mulan videos in the Disney+ apps on Apple, Google, and Roku platforms for $29.99. The purchased video can be watched unlimited times/cross-platform during the validity period of the subscription. As for when it will be included in the "gift pack" that can be accessed for a monthly subscription of $6.99 (or a yearly subscription of $69.99), it is currently unknown.
