Today, Samsung announced that it is officially accepting pre-orders for its 2022 series of TVs, as well as revealing full details and pricing for its QD-OLED TV, officially named the S95B.

The S95B is a 4K QD-OLED TV that will come in two sizes: 55 inches for $2399.99 and 65 inches for $3499.99. Samsung QD-OLED panels deliver superior color accuracy at high brightness levels, better viewing angles than regular OLEDs, and wider color reproduction. Sony also announced that its own TVs use Samsung's QD-OLED displays.

The Samsung S95B features the same Neural Quantum Processor 4K as other 2022 Samsung flagship TVs, the same Tizen system, and high-end Q-Symphony speakers that support Dolby Atmos.

As for other TV products, Samsung updated its Neo QLED 8K and 4K Mini LED TVs this year with software enhancements, support for variable refresh rates up to 144Hz, 14-bit processing, and an improved anti-reflective layer.

The bulk of Samsung's 2022 TV lineup will begin shipping in April. But the QN95B will be available for pre-order on May 23.
