According to foreign media SAMMOBILE, Samsung has launched its lifestyle TV The Serif and 2020 premium 8K QLED TV in India. The Serif TV is designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, famous for modern art and design. The TV is equipped with a 4K QLED screen panel and supports HDR10+ and Quantum Processor 4K. This TV runs the Tizen system and comes with all media streaming applications, including Apple TV+, Hotstar, Netflix , Prime Video and YouTube. In addition, it also has NFC function, users can cast the content on the smartphone to the TV.

The Serif TV will be available in three sizes in India: 43 inches, 49 inches and 55 inches. The 43-inch version is priced at 83,900 rupees, while the 49-inch and 55-inch versions are priced at 116,900 rupees and 148,900 rupees respectively.

Samsung's new 8K QLED TV uses a striking design with almost no borders. The TV is equipped with an 8K QLED screen panel and supports HDR10+, while also providing extremely high peak brightness. The TV is equipped with six speakers, Quantum Processor 8K supports it to play 8K content, and can also upgrade non-8K content to 8K resolution to provide clearer visual effects.

The 65-inch version of Samsung's new 8K QLED TV starts at 499,000 rupees, while the 85-inch version costs 1579,000 rupees .
