Why does my TCL TV keep showing the boot screen?

It may be that the TV is not connected to the correct source. You can press the signal source button on the TV remote control to confirm that there is a signal input to the TV. As long as there is a signal input, you can watch TV normally. It may also be that the TV freezes and cannot enter the main interface.

There are three reasons and solutions for why TCL TV keeps showing boot screen.

1. No signal source selected

Press the signal source button on the remote control, and select the signal source input to the TV.

2. TV freezes

If the TV freezes, you need to force restart the TV. Replug the TV cable, then try turning it back on again to see if it returns to normal.

3. TV systems are being upgraded

If the TV system is upgraded, it may also stay on the boot page. No need to power down, just wait for the update to complete.
