Visuale lumens VS. ANSI lumens, what's their difference?

1. The visible lumen is the brightness of the projector light source, and the ANSI lumen is the brightness of the picture after the projection light source has been diffused through the projector surface;

2. The value of ANSI lumen needs to be calculated by nine-point measurement method, which is more troublesome, and the visible lumen can be directly measured with an illuminance meter;

3. Lower ANSI lumen values and higher visible lumen values for the same projector.

ANSI lumens are developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) to represent the brightness of a projector's picture. They are now used as the standard for projection brightness. The value of ANSI lumens is much smaller than that of the light source, but it is the actual brightness of the picture visible to the user. Don't be fooled by high light sources lumens.
