How To Remove the Red Tint on a 9G Kuro

This is the Easy/Fast/Cheap/Safe Method to remove the red tint and lower the elvevated blacklevls that most 9G Kuros suffer from today.

What you need:
9G Kuro with red tint and elevated blacklevels
Harmony Remote

When you have got access to the Service Menu with your Harmony Remote you will use your regular TV Remote to navigate in the Service Menu.

Follow These Steps to get your Kuro back to were it was when it was new with Deep Blacks without Red Tint:

Press the "mute" button twice until it says Panel Factory +
press "enter"
now press the Down Arrow on the remote 4 times

Now it says Panel -1 ADJ (+)
Press Enter here

Now your in
Press the down arrow on the remote 8 times and you get to a voltage named
VOL YKNOFSA D 128

Use the left arrow on the remote and lower it from 128 to 90 (80 for sets with over 10k hours)

when done hold enter to back out of panel -1 ADJ
then close the menu and enjoy your new kuro.

you will see the changes right away no need to power it off
