Panasonic has announced its flagship OLED TV for 2022, including a 77-inch model for the first time, along with a host of new gaming features.

The Panasonic LZ2000 TV is available in three sizes - 55", 65" and an additional 77". It's tuned to the updated 2022 Master OLED Pro configuration in "Hollywood," with an image optimized for ambient light temperature.

The latter feature uses sensors to assess the color temperature of light in your viewing room, day or night, and automatically adjusts the image for a more natural look.

The precise directional sound added in Panasonic's 360-degree Soundscape technology also delivers better audio. This provides sound formats such as Dolby Atmos through built-in up, side and front facing speakers.

In terms of games, the Panasonic LZ2000 adds a "game control board". This is a menu that organizes all relevant game settings in one place. Access can be assigned to one of the buttons on the remote.

SPD Auto Game Mode is another new feature. This ensures that the TV automatically optimizes input lag and VRR settings when an HDMI 2.1 4K HFR/VRR capable NVIDIA GPU is detected - ideal for PC gamers.

Panasonic also claims to have reduced input lag for games running at 60Hz. Although the standard HDMI 2.1 port now also supports 4K 120Hz.

Availability and pricing for the Panasonic LZ2000 OLED TV model has yet to be announced.
