I've bought an Emotn projector on AMZ and wanna try it with my Super Nintendo.
Can you connect a nes or snes mini to the Emotn projector?

Haven't tried, but hypothetically, yes. It has AV connectors and an in-menu source selector that switches over to AV. My experience is it will take pretty much anything you give it. I've had multiple Rokus, two different generation Apple TVs, and a Chromecast all connected through HDMI without any problem. I've also seen reviews for this product where they connect an Xbox or Playstation without issue. I can't say for sure, but I'd bet you'll be fine as long as you're connecting through AV or HDMI.
