Many families now have smart projectors, but they don’t know the correct maintenance and use of the projector. As a result, improper use caused damage to the projector. How to make the projector last longer? Here are some tips.

1. Dustproof

Dust prevention is very important when maintaining home smart projectors. Dust can cause problems such as heat generation of the projector and poor picture. It is best not to smoke, because soot particles are more likely to attract dust and optical systems.

2. Anti-collision and compression

Collision and compression will cause damage to the appearance of the projector, and most importantly, it will damage the internal components and cause unpredictable consequences. Preventing the projector from being bumped and compressed can make the projector last longer.

3. Don't unplug the power without turning off /Turn off projector without cooling

After the projector is shut down, it is better to let it cool down for a period of time, because the closed design of the projector is difficult to automatically dissipate heat. After unplugging the power source, the photography fan will immediately stop working, and the heat generated by the projection lamp will accumulate inside the projector after working for a long time, which will seriously affect the electrical performance of the lamp and internal components. In severe cases, the bulb may explode and internal components may be damaged.

4. Do not switch the machine frequently

There is a danger of "breakdown" in the switching actions of many electronic components, especially projectors that support a fast startups. Instantly use a larger current to achieve a shorter preheating moment, which doubles the risk factor. Therefore, when we use the projector in our daily life, do not turn it on and off frequently to avoid frequent current or voltage impacts on the projector bulb and circuit.

Home smart projectors have high heat sources and high post-use cost, so we must learn to maintain them daily. Reducing the frequency of lamp replacement, increasing the use time of liquid crystal panels and polarizing plates, so we can extend the service life of the projector.
