How is the brightness of the projector measured?

When you buy a projector, it is marked with brightness, such as 2000 lumens, but how do you measure it? I was wondering Can anyone help me with that？

2. Screen is 60 inches long.

3. Measure the illuminance of each point on the nine intersection points of the grid-shaped with a light metering pen, multiply by the area, and get the brightness of the nine points of the projected picture.
