A friend reported that when he was playing games with the Xbox One controller in Win10, he found that the headset connected to the controller had no sound. What should he do?
Disconnect the earphone or unplug the earphone cable from the bottom of the controller and reconnect it securely to the controller (connect to the extension port for the earphone or the 3.5mm port for the 3.5mm earphone); To make sure your headphones are not mute, check the mute button on the headset control.
