TCL recently unveiled its first product of 2024, the TCL T8H. The new lineup includes five models in sizes ranging from 50 to 85 inches, featuring flagship-grade Quantum Dot technology and an ultra-thin integrated design. With a 157% Quantum Dot wide color gamut, the TCL 85T8H boasts advanced features like 16-bit precision dimming and full-channel 4K 144Hz support.

For the design, the TCL T8H adopts a flat integrated ultra-thin design that blends well with the wall, achieving an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 98%.

In terms of performance, aside from the 85-inch model powered by the flagship Yoyo M2 chip, the TCL T8H TV series utilizes the ultra-powerful T2 chip with a storage configuration of 4GB+64GB. It supports dual-band 2.4G & 5G WIFI, USB 3.0, and HDMI 2.1 connectivity.

Regarding audio and visual quality, besides the 157% Quantum Dot wide color gamut, the TCL T8H boasts a color accuracy of △E<0.99 and supports Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and a full range of HDR formats. According to TCL, the new TCL Quantum Dot Pro 2024 utilizes an upgraded version of the four-element Quantum Crystal Pro, ensuring 100,000 hours of effective light emission with a stable alloy structure, resulting in superior optical and color properties and presenting more transparent and natural colors. The Quantum Dot Pro 2024 utilizes nanoparticle technology to achieve uniform light diffusion, ensuring purity in color display for every pixel, with a screen color purity of up to 95%.

In terms of system applications, the TCL T8H runs on the Android operating system, featuring a new Enlightened desktop and all-scenario hands-free AI voice control 2.0. The TCL "Xiao T" voice assistant supports far-field voice control without the need for a remote, enabling voice on/off functionality and unique Handfree wake-up technology, allowing users to control the TV directly with commands in specific scenarios. Additionally, it supports personalized sound customization.
