X96 MAX+ display incomplete when connecting the projector with HDMI cable

I am currently using TV box X96 MAX + 905* 3, 4 + 64G, connected with the HDMI cable old projector apparatus. The cable is GreenLink HDMI2.0. The projector is Hitachi A82, the resolution is 1024 * 768, you can set the screen aspect ratio.
If you can enter the desktop, the settings and network settings below the point will be darkened and not displayed. Click droid, it will become light blue. However, the application installation and clock above the settings are all displayed normally.

So i wanna ask, is this not complete? How to solve it?

Is the projector resolution too low? The original Huawei 6108 V9C showed normal.
I don't know if I bought a new box, that's it.
