What should I do when my Qled TV does not display right? When the TV screen does not look right, you can check if the issue is caused by the product or the broadcasting signal and cables. When the TV screen does not display properly:
1.The color and design of the TV and its accessories and the features may differ depending on the model or geographical area.
2.Check the antenna and input cable connections.
3.Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections.
4.Check the antenna and input cable connections.
6.Try changing channels using the remote control.
7.Press the home button, select Source, choose another input source
8.If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. On the remote control, press the home button. Select Settings>Support>Device Care>Self Diagnosis>Picture Test.
9. When a message appears, select OK and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the test.
