Does a projector consume more power or a TV? I am considering buying a projector or TV for my new home.

TVs are more power consumptive. This is because mainstream TVs have a power of 300W or more, while mainstream projectors usually have a power of 150W to 300W. In comparison, a high power TV will consume more power during the same usage time.
