Does it matter if the PS4 host has a sudden power outage?

Because I just move into a new house and the electricity is not stable sometimes. So power outage happens irregularlly. Does it cause damage to my PS4 host?

The sudden power outage has little impact on the PS4 console. Damage to hard drive, motherboard, unlikely. The only possibility is that you might lose some of your data if the power goes off while you're saving it.

However, frequent power cuts can have a significant impact on the life span of electronic devices
