Filter of the projector turned yellow, how to clean it?

I bought the XGIMI projector last year for home entertainment, a CC model. I didn't intend to find the projector filter yellowed today, I was shocked, can this be cleaned? I started to regret buying light-colored ones. They are too easy to get dirty. I strongly suggest you buy black ones!
