LG launches newest XBOOM 360 wireless speaker

LG's latest omnidirectional speaker, XBOOM 360 wireless speaker, resembles a cylindrical lantern in shape and is made of "highly durable" fabric. Its tapered design isn't just for show; LG says the rare reflector structure of the tweeter and woofer is specifically designed to produce distortion-free 360-degree audio.

The tweeter uses a titanium diaphragm, which LG says produces accurate high-frequency audio. This is balanced by a fiberglass woofer for the bass and midrange. The speaker's 120W output (when connected to a power supply) is advertised as powerful enough even for outdoor use.
