That error normally occurs when there's an internet connection problem.
1. On the error screen in the Netflix App, select "Details".
2. Then choose "Check your network".
3. The Netflix App will verify that you are connected to the Internet and can access the Netflix servers. In addition, it will also check your connection speed.
4. When the test is complete, make sure your network speed meets the Internet connection speed recommendations.
