New firmware for VIZIO TVs for OLED and P-Series

What's the improvement in VIZIO TVs for OLED and P-Series?​

1. Image quality:​

• Improved default Vivid, Bright and Game picture modes for a better out-of-the-box experience
• OLED brightness setting memory correction
• Enhance contrast in real scenes with black detail control

2. Games​

• HDR adjustments for game content
• 4k/120Hz signal compatibility improvements
• Default 48Gbps HDMI input (3 & 4 for P-Series, 2 & 3 for OLED) for HDMI mode 2.1 for 4k/120Hz
• Improve compatibility with Nvidia Shield
• Improved PS5 BD playback support
• 1440p/120Hz gaming support

3. Sound​

• Lip sync timing improvements
• Soundbar menu controls on TV when paired with select 2021 VIZIO soundbars

4. System Improvement​

• Faster boot sequence
• Boot UI improvements for OLED
• Faster HDMI switching speed
