According to data from Omdia, Nintendo aims to achieve an annual production volume of 10 million units within the first fiscal year of the release of its "next-generation gaming console". In contrast, Sony's PS5 and Microsoft's Xbox Series X/S faced chip shortages at launch.

Regarding the screen version, leaks suggest that there won't be an OLED version of the model this year. Nintendo is expected to launch the Switch 2 gaming console in the latter half of this year, which is rumored to feature NVIDIA's T239 chip, along with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space.

Furthermore, the price of the Switch 2 gaming console is expected to increase significantly. This is partly due to rising manufacturing costs and partly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

It is anticipated that the price of the Switch 2 gaming console will be $399.
