Panasonic launches 2023 mid-range TV lineup with up to 75-inch option

Panasonic recently unveiled its 2023 mid-range TV lineup in Japan. Based on improved direct-down zoned backlight technology, the company's new mid-range TV lineup features two major product lines, the MX900 and MX800, both of which offer higher brightness, a wider color gamut, and new software features.

Audio​


The MX900 and MX800 both use dual-speaker design with a maximum output power of 30 W. Both are equipped with independent audio processing circuitry, supporting DolbyAtmos and stereo sound effects.

Screen​


Panasonic MX900 and Panasonic MX800 are equipped with 6 natural color panels with Partition Contrast Control Pro technology, which achieves high contrast picture effect by processing video signals with subdivided backlight partitions.

In addition to algorithms that analyze light information, area-specific input signal control has been added to achieve rich dark levels and a sense of sunlight in bright areas. Panasonic claims that the next-generation 4KStudioColourEngine image processor, it can support deep color and precise dynamic capture technology to bring lifelike images.

Game Features​


MX900/800 series have the same HDMI 2.1 interface as the flagship MX950, supporting VRR, Nvidia G-SYNC, Nvidia SPD game mode, AMDFreeSYNCPremium technology, and automatic ALLM low latency mode, which can be used to connect to PS5 and Xbox game consoles for 4K120Hz image transmission.

In addition, last year Panasonic's flagship product game controller also down to the MX900/800 series, and with the new game sound mode, you can automatically select RPG mode or FPS mode for the game.

Other Features​
