Roku TV Screen Flashes sometimes

Hi all, I bought a roku tv box two years ago, and it started to flash sometimes, is it some hardware problems？ But after it flashes for some time, the tv return to normal. I am confused. I wanna know if any of you had met this before.

Maybe you should check your HDMI cable first, maybe it's too old and you need to replace a new one.
