I gotta give this a one-star rating for ditching the Source button on the remote. Seriously, now I’m stuck navigating through a bunch of menus just to switch from my cable box to the TV or whatever else. It’s such a hassle, like they want to keep you glued to the Samsung home page or something.

And don’t even get me started on the mobile app! It’s a total joke—just packed with ads and pretty much useless.

Man, my new TV media wall looks awesome! The customer service was super quick to respond, too. They shot me a letter with the delivery date, which was really cool. They even have their own delivery crew, so everything showed up in perfect shape. And let me tell you, the TV is just fantastic!

Man, this TV is seriously amazing! It handles light and glare like a champ, so you can still catch all the action. But, here's the kicker: it totally freezes up when I'm trying to watch live stuff. No issues with other TVs or devices, and I've even shut down everything else on the Wi-Fi. Still no luck! When I try to turn it off, it takes forever. So, I tried to get the Smart Calibration "pro" feature working on my QN85B, but no luck. I found out that the QN85B only supports the "basic" calibration, not the fancy pro stuff. If you want all the calibration bells and whistles, you gotta go for the higher-end QLED models. If this feature is a big deal for you, it might be worth doing a little digging to see what works best for your setup!
