According to foreign media reports, Samsung Display, which will withdraw from the LCD panel market next year, has already switched multiple production lines to OLED panels, and currently only one LCD panel production line is still running.
The report mentioned that among Samsung Display’s LCD production lines, L7-1 had been discontinued in 2016, converted to the 6th generation OLED production line, and renamed the A4-1 production line.
L7-2 was discontinued in the first quarter of this year, and is currently shifting to the 6th generation OLED production line, which will be renamed the A4E production line.
