Last week, TikTok quietly launched a Windows live broadcast software called Live Studio. However, due to the use of code from the popular OBS Studio application under Open Broadcaster Software and other open source projects, the company was quickly pushed to the cusp of "non-compliance with the open source license agreement."
Later last week, @Naaackers posted a series of tweets on Twitter, pointing out that the TikTok live broadcast software is essentially a fork of the @OBSProject project.
