Usb3.1 Transmission Speed

The usb3.1 interface has a theoretical rate of 10Gbps, but it has some bandwidth reserved for other functions, so the actual effective bandwidth is about 7.2Gbps, and the theoretical transmission speed should be up to 900MB/s. The actual transfer rate of the USB3.0 superfast interface is about 3.2Gbps (320MB/S), and the theoretical maximum rate is 5.0Gbps (500MB/S). Usb3.1 is nearly twice as fast as USB3.0.

USB 3.1 is the latest USB transfer interface specification, launched by the USB-IF Association. In addition to improved coding and higher transmission rates, the USB3.1 interface is expected to provide power to devices such as tablets at the same time. The interface Type can be Type-A, Type B, or Type -c.
