The pixel of 0.23DMD is 960x540P. Although the maximum display resolution of the 0.23DMD display chip can reach 720p and 1080P, it does not mean that has 1080P quality, because this requires a different combination of 0.23DMD display chip and display driver. The size of the micromirror array is still 960x540P.

The chip used by the true 720P is 0.33DMD; the chip used by the 480P is 0.2DMD; the chip used by the 1080P is 0.47DMD.
As for the subject's intention to choose a projector to give children online lessons, personal suggestions are better to choose a projector with a true 720P resolution. If the conditions are ok, 1080P is better, such as F1.

Although the 0.23DMD display chip can be dithered into 720P and 1080P, the actual effect is still not as good as the true 720P and 1080P, especially the larger the size of the projected picture, the more obvious. Of course, the most important thing is how much the subject ’s budget is.
