Why Xbox one X can't read portable HDD?

For help! Xbox one X did not recognize WD usb3.02t's mobile hard disk, formatted as NTFS, MBR, PC side partitions deleted, boot records rebuilt, but it did not respond to Xbox one x. If connecting XBX to the PC after the disk is set up, it will be displayed as a video disk and the capture location will also prompt non-usb 3.0.
