For the TV version of YouTube, if you are not Apple TV, Fire TV, NVIDIA SHIELD and other brands of devices, the Android box does not even need to install the Google framework, and you can also use YouTube's TV version of the application.
Thanks to Smart YouTube TV made by Ukrainian developer yuliskov, ordinary Android boxes can use the TV version of YouTube normally without the GMS framework. You can log in normally and use a series of features such as homepage recommendations, subscriptions, YouTube Premium, and more, and the resolution supports up to 4K. Its disadvantage is that due to over-simplification, a lot of motion effects disappear. My subjective feeling is that it is a bit stuck to use, but it doesn't matter.
