Just got this from Argos!
there is a post on main xbox one games thread from topcashback with details of £10 cashback if buy it from argos. Put's cost down to £37.99. Haven't ready the full details so not sure how long need to wait to get the cashback.
Update: They’ve taken it off the website now, so either way is the same now.
