Is the BenQ X3000i projector suitable for gaming? This is a projector specially designed for gamers, with a low input lag of 4ms. There is a real review and feedback of the BenQ X3000i projector.

I have been using the projectior for almost a month. Before buying a projector, I was worried that the projector could not be used well during the day, or I had to close the curtains. But with BenQ X3000i projector, there is nothing to worry about. I used an anti-glare screen during the day, and the projected picture was perfect. I think it's a great projector, with a nice design and a nice color match. The BenQ X3000i projector is bright and good for home entertainment.

In order to use the world's first 4LED gaming projector comprehensively, let's see what does it feature.

As the name suggests, the 4LED projector BenQ x3000i has four LEDs instead of the more common RGB LED setup. It actually gets an additional blue LED that is "converted to green through a ceramic phosphor medium to amplify the overall green output". In addition to increasing the green light output by about 40%, the overall brightness is also increased by 12% (compared to the 3LED unit).

It has 3000 ANSI lumens, which means you don't need to dim lights or pull blinds to enjoy bright and colorful 4K UHD images on walls or screens. Plus, it supports HDR10 and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut for lifelike visuals, and it has a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours in normal and up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode.

BenQ x3000i projector is equipped with 1.3x optical zoom, auto keystone correction, and Android 10. It also comes with an AndroidTV dongle that provides access to thousands of entertainment apps. It has built-in Bluetooth 4.2 and 802.11ac dual-band Wi-Fi, and you can use GoogleCast to mirror your mobile content to the wall.

BenQ x3000i projector offers refresh rates of up to 60Hz at 4K resolution and up to 240Hz at 1080p, and it works with Sony's PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. Although the projector's HDMI2.0b port has a maximum output frequency of 120Hz at 1080p, achieving these maximum refresh rates in Full HD can be problematic.

As for audio, you can connect it with HDMI eARC audio to a Dolby Atmos 7.1-channel home theater sound system. In addition, the BenQ x3000i projector has a treVolo sound system consisting of two 5W full-range speakers, and also includes stereo field enhancement. It also offers S/PDIF multi-channel audio output and a 3.5mm headphone jack so you can play games quietly.
