my Hisense remote doesn't work? I've replaced the batterie

Does anybody know how to solve this

With another remote. Remotes often take a beating and do fail. The cost to fix a TV if the TV is at fault will upset everyone.

Hi the same thing has happened to me last year I called the tv provider they had no clue about two weeks later it started working again hope this helps u
