Can we watch Avatar 2 and amazon Lord of the Rings in 2020?

Recently, New Zealand announced that it would appropriately relax the epidemic prevention regulations, and began to allow some movies and TV series to resume shooting after the epidemic was released, including James Cameron 's "Avatar 2" "Avatar 3" and Amazon's episode The Lord of the Rings. The New Zealand Film Commission stated that all filming projects includes Avatar 2 must be registered with the health and safety department to help track potential safety hazards. New Zealand has taken very strict measures to deal with the crisis.

Cameron directed underwater shooting in Avatar 2

In March this year, when New Coronary Pneumonia spread worldwide, Cameron was filming Avatar 2 with producer John Landau in New Zealand. After the progress was forced to pause, the team returned to California for post-production of Avatar 2 special effects. In previous interviews, Cameron said that there will be a lot of underwater shots in the sequel to "Avatar"- Avatar 2. A few days ago, Cameron's underwater photography scenes were also exposed one after another. It is reported that "Avatar 2" is scheduled to be released in North America on December 17, 2021, and "Avatar 3" is scheduled to be released on December 22, 2023, and there will be parts 4 and 5 later.

Amazon's "Lord of the Rings" series was previously filming the first two episodes of the first season in New Zealand. In mid-March, the company was forced to suspend the progress and withdraw a crew of hundreds of people from New Zealand.
