Fire TV Cube Alexa voice commands up, down, left, right not working on YouTube.

Up, down, left or right.

These commands are available for Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV and HBO.

Now, these commands do not apply to YOUTUBE.

Have you tried to restart the device and see if that fixes the issue?

If not, please restart your device:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Device, and then Restart.
3. Or with the remote, press and hold the Select
   
   and Play/Pause
   
   buttons at the same time, for 10 seconds.

Also, check if there's any update for the Fire TV device as well. To update your device's software version, go to Settings on your Fire TV.

1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
2. Select My Fire TV.
3. Select About.
4. Select Check for System Update.
