How To Pair Digital Televisions

We have two Sharp digital televisions mounted side by side in a discussion room. We would like to pair these televisions so any playing TV programs would be the exact same programs. We would like one TV to be like an exact clone of the other.
Q) What are the known steps to clone or pair two Sharp digital televisions together?

Take the HDMI source to the TV and run it to a HDMI SPLITTER (input.) The output will be the same on both TVs connecting to the HDMI SPLITTER output.
