Similar to its predecessors, the S85 Mini LED version supports 4K 144Hz high refresh rate, boasting a peak brightness of 1200nits, although there might be differences in the backlight partitioning.

For reference, Xiaomi TV S75/S65/S55 Mini LED models are equipped with a quad-core A73 processor, 4GB + 64GB storage, and operate on the Xiaomi Hyper OS. They also feature Xiaomi's eye protection technology and support Dolby Vision/Dolby Atmos for immersive audiovisual experiences.

Moreover, the display of the S85 Mini LED variant supports 94% DCI-P3 color gamut, providing vivid and lifelike colors with approximately 1.07 billion colors and a color difference (ΔE) of approximately 2. The TV comes with dual HDMI 2.1 ports and supports Wi-Fi 6 for seamless wireless connectivity. Its sleek metal body design adds a touch of elegance, and the NFC remote control allows for convenient screen mirroring via smartphone touch. Additionally, the TV can be mounted on the wall or placed on a stand, offering flexible installation options.

With the introduction of the Xiaomi TV S85 Mini LED, users can expect an upgraded visual experience with stunning picture quality, vibrant colors, and smooth performance, making it an ideal choice for both entertainment and everyday use.

The specs on the Xiaomi TV S85 Mini-LED sound impressive, especially the peak brightness. But how does that translate to real-world picture quality? Waiting for user reviews to see if it lives up to the hype.

Torn between the Xiaomi S85 Mini-LED and the TCL C12H Mini-LED. They seem to be similar in size and price range. Any insights on which one offers better features or performance?
