Yes, QLED and LED are quite different, the biggest difference lies in response time, visual Angle of view and energy consumption. At present, QLED technology has been used in TV, presenting a wider picture color range and better picture color.
1. Different response times
LED: LED diodes are arranged in clusters and emit light, so each diode cannot be switched on and off individually, resulting in long response times.
QLED: QLED contains millions of individual diodes that can control each switch independently, resulting in shorter response times.
2. Different visual Angle of view
LED: LED gradually reduces color, contrast, and image quality as the user's perspective changes.
QLED: QLED color, contrast, and image quality do not decrease as the user's perspective increases.
3. Different energy consumption
LED: LED need to be backlit, so they require more power consumption.
QLED: QLED requires less power consumption because it does not require backlighting.
