Nion 2 is an action role-playing game developed by team ninja and distributed by Sony interactive entertainment. In this challenging action RPG game sequel, the player will play the mysterious half man half demon warrior, master the deadly warrior skills, and fight the monstrous and merciless demon. In the improved combat system, players can use the ability to incarnate as monsters, release destructive supernatural forces, sacrifice lethal weapons to the full, and eliminate all enemies that hinder the progress. Nion 2 was officially launched on March 12, 2020 on the platform of PS4.
Nion 2 followed the previous system, polished the game again, added new elements such as demonization, and brought a different experience of suffering in the dark Warring States.

Nion 2 is an excellent evolution of the previous work, which enhances the original great elements, although it still leaves some problems. Thanks to the newly added soul core and demon counter mechanism, as well as their subtle influence on monster AI and player's combat style, the excellent combat system takes a higher level. Nion 2 also has an incredible depth, although it takes a lot of time to manage between a wide range of systems, sometimes it feels a little overwhelmed. But if you love challenges, Nion 2 will undoubtedly be one of the most challenging and fulfilling works of this generation.

When a game is launched for a sequel, it is sometimes difficult to determine how much change is needed in order to be regarded as a new experience. Nion 2 belongs to this kind of hard to define type. Sometimes it really makes me feel that I have made progress, but sometimes it goes back to the familiar experience. But is "deja vu" really a bad thing, if you don't feel less fun than when you first experienced it three years ago? Although Nion 2 may be less exciting and novel than Nion 2 of the early generation, and it can't leave me a long memory like the previous one, it is still a fascinating and enjoyable journey, which is enough.
