Philips Phillips 40PFL7007T/12 has been Flickering

I've been experiencing this issue where the right side of my TV which is a Phillips 40PFL7007T/12 has been flickering.

Here's a video -

I've tried various HDMI ports and different HDMI leads, but that hasn't resolved the issue.

Could this be a loose connection or something failing?

I did not find a service manual so one last try. Remove power, open it up and unplug, plug in any connection you know how to unplug and plug back in. Test.
