Samsung is launching a new 8K QLED TV in Australia

According to SAMMOBILE, samsung's new 8K QLED TV for the 2020 series is available in Australia.

Samsung showed off its new 8K QLED TV series at the consumer electronics show (CES) earlier this year, but the company has not started selling them due to the outbreak lockdown. After introducing new 8K QLED TVs in South Korea, the Netherlands and the us, the south Korean electronics giant has finally launched the new TV in Australia. Consumers can now buy the TVs from samsung's website, samsung stores and retailers across the country.

Samsung's new 8K QLED TVs are equipped with the qualcomm Processor 8K chipset and support 8K AI upgrades for HDR10 +, HLG, wide viewing Angle and adaptive brightness. They are also equipped with a built-in 4.2.2 channel speaker with a 70W output. Other features include AMD FreeSync, Ambient Mode +, etc.

Samsung's entry-level 8K QLED model, the Q800T, is 65-inch and costs a $6,199. The mid-range Q800T model comes in three sizes: 65-inch, 75-inch and 82-inch. The top-of-the-range Q950T TV series is 85-inch and costs a $21,999. Although the Q800T and Q950T TV series have similar designs, only the Q950T has a completely bezel-less design.
