Samsung Unveils 89-inch MicroLED TV in Korea, Expands Product Lineup

Earlier, at the 2023 Appliance & Electronics World Expo (AWE 2023) in China, Samsung showcased its first 89-inch MicroLED TV. This television has now been released in South Korea under the model name MNA89MS1BACXKR, with a price tag of 130 million Korean won (approximately $101,544 USD).

Taehwan Hwang, Vice President of Samsung Electronics in Korea, stated, "Starting with the 89-inch model, we will expand our MicroLED product lineup to 76, 101, and 114 inches, offering consumers a wider range of premium TV choices and leading the market by maintaining a significant advantage in next-generation display technology."

Samsung's 89-inch MicroLED TV employs inorganic self-emitting technology, boasting superior performance in terms of lifespan, efficiency, speed, and reliability.

In addition, it is equipped with an advanced Micro AI processor, featuring over 20 million micro LED chips, and supports HDR10 and HDR10+ technologies, delivering a peak brightness of 2000 nits.

Furthermore, the TV is equipped with a 6.2.2-channel speaker system delivering 100W audio output, supporting Dolby Atmos, and featuring OTS Pro audio and picture tracking technology. It also boasts intelligent sound control AVA technology and μ-symphony functionality, enabling clear audio processing based on the surrounding sound environment, ensuring harmonious sound output between the TV and the speakers.

With its innovative features and impressive technology, Samsung's 89-inch MicroLED TV promises to provide consumers with an unparalleled viewing experience.
