Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Watch smartwatch will have a physical bezel, sources said.
Last year, samsung released two smartwatches -- the Galaxy Watch Active and the Galaxy Watch Active 2 within eight months, and neither of them had a physical bezel. Samsung did introduce a virtual touch bezel in the Galaxy Watch Active 2, which works well for software, but nothing feels and is more convenient than a real physical bezel, and that vision may now become a reality.
According to FCC certification, the new Galaxy Watch will have a 1.77 inch dial between the Galaxy Watch Active 2 (1.73 inch) and the larger Galaxy Watch model (1.81mm). It was also revealed that samsung will launch a new Titanium watch, which is likely to be much more expensive than the Aluminum and stainless steel models.
The next generation Galaxy Watch smartwatch is expected to be released in August, along with the Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Fold 2 and Galaxy Tab S7/S7+.
