What Size Home Theater Screen is Best for My Space?

Hello everyone,

I'm planning to set up a home theater and I'm a bit confused about what size screen I should get. I've read a lot of conflicting advice online and I'm hoping to get some insights from this community.

Here are a few details about my setup:

1. Room Size and Viewing Distance: My room is about 10 feet long and 8 feet wide. The seating area will be roughly 6-8 feet from the screen.
2. Screen Resolution: I plan to get a 4K projector, so I'm wondering if this allows me to go for a larger screen.
3. Content: I mostly watch movies and some sports. I also play video games occasionally.

I've come across Vividstorm screens and they seem to have some interesting features like a floor-rising design, which sounds perfect since I don't want to permanently alter my living space. Does anyone have experience with these screens? How do they perform in terms of picture quality and ease of installation?

Would appreciate any recommendations or advice on screen size and whether Vividstorm is a good choice for my setup.
