yes, you can insert a FAT32-formatted flash drive into the USB port. You may need to download a utility to format a large capacity drive as Windows doesn't normally allow it, or you can have the TV do it. Using the TV the drive can be formatted as a removable drive, allowing you to plug it into a PC and copy media for display on the TV, or it can be formatted as extra storage for the TV, which lets you install apps on it but rendering it non-removable.
I have tried various cards from 32gb to 128 gb and none the tv formatted worked. None of the tv file managers would open and no app would launch except the one time the tv added storages from its own storage capacity and caused itself to be full.
