Does the viewable angle of the projector curtain matter?

The viewing angle is the angle at which we can clearly observe everything on the screen from different directions.

When we are viewing from the center line of the screen, the brightness at this time is the highest. But when we look away from the center line of the screen, the brightness drops. So, to put it simply, the viewing angle is the side angle from which the screen can be clearly seen.

However, it should be noted that the gain of the projection screen is inversely proportional to the viewing angle.

The higher the gain, the narrower the viewing angle. So if we use the anti-light curtain, the effect from the side is far less good than the front. In addition, the gain of the projection screen is too high, which will have a great impact on the color, and the color accuracy will be greatly reduced. Therefore, when choosing a projector screen, not only the viewing angle but also the gain must be considered. Try to choose a moderate product according to your actual needs.

Gain and viewing angle, these two parameters will directly affect the imaging quality of the projected image, so these are two important key factors.
