LCD TV

Cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) is used as backlight source for LCD TV. Its structure is quite complicated. But when an all-white or all-black screen is displayed, the center and edge brightness of the LCD screen still vary somewhat. CCFL backlight life is short, use 4-5 years after the brightness will decline significantly, some LCD TV screen more yellow and other conditions.

LED TV

LED TV use leds as backlight to greatly enhance brightness and contrast, resulting in higher color saturation. And leds are smaller than CCFL bulbs, so the screen can be made thinner. Combined with the fact that LED backlit screens are free of mercury, they use 36 to 50 percent less power than LCD TV.

OLED TV

OLED has self-illumination technology and does not require backlighting. The OLED screen produces no light when no current is flowing through it, so it has a better black performance than LCD or QLED. In addition, the OLED screen has a wider viewing Angle, allowing users to enjoy the perfect picture from different angles.

QLED TV

The principle of QLED is to illuminate red and green quantum dots through a blue backlight, thus producing a high-purity white light. QLED technology can increase the brightness of the TV by nearly 40% and display a relatively wide color gamut to restore the most realistic image colors.
