Netflix playback issue on Vizio TV

Anyone help with this,I get a screen like this with most Netflix programmes I try to watch with perfect sound.

Tv has been rebooted

Randomly tried various shows & they all play fine.Annoyingly its stuff I really want to watch like,Narcos & some other popular shows that playback as the picture posted.

The TV will presumably have come with the Netflix app pre-installed - see if there's a way of updating it.

What make is your TV ? Many manufacturers have an app store - if yours does and Netflix is listed, then you could try deleting the app and re-installing it.
