Netflix is still the largest streaming service provider, with 183 million subscribers. Apple has not released detailed data on subscribers, and the company is currently considering buying copyrights for classic movies and TV series.

In addition, the new film "Greyhound" starring Tom Hanks and participating in screenwriting will be broadcast on Apple TV + on July 10, 2020. "Gray Hound" is the highest-priced Apple TV+ film, and the platform has not only purchased this work. Apple TV+ is still expanding its own source purchase list, including "Beastie Boys Story", "The Elephant Queen" "The Banker" etc. The latest report from Bloomberg pointed out that Apple TV+ is working to obtain the authorization of those old movies and TV series. This resource strategy is very different from its original intention to develop original content. To date, Apple TV+ has only acquired a few new TV shows and movies and listed them as "Apple Original" for users.
